Rising Together Schoolwide Mental Health Screening provides school staff and parents with the tools to recognize and immediately respond to youth at the highest risk. Early identification and real-time responses provide youth with immediate, guided next steps. This approach saves lives, restores hope, and ensures youth are seen in their most vulnerable moments.
